Could have been the best office chair I've owned...
I weigh between 240-250lbs * have had nothing but trouble with every single chair I've owned. The arms break, or the swivel mechanism breaks, or the "Leather" peels, or the stitching pulls out... The list goes on & on...When I bought this chair it felt perfect. Extremely sturdy, almost entirely made of metal. I thought this was the best chair I'd ever owned. Fast forward 5 months & it still felt great, no squeaking or anything. Two months later...(Nov. 25 2017): One of the brackets holding the right arm of the chair to the seat has broken off(see image). I sent Flourish Office a message informing them of a defect in the bracket design. Luckily it's still under warranty.(Nov. 27 2017): From what I could understand of their messages, Flourish Office said they would forward my design concerns to their supplier, but I would have to go through Amazon to get a replacement. I also noticed the price has been lowered to $80 from the original $120.Amazon wanted me to send the entire chair back! Not only do I no longer have the box after this much time, but I would have to completely disassemble the chair, & would have no chair until I received the replacement. Not to mention the cost of shipping on something this heavy & large! The only other option was to get a credit on my Amazon account & pay for repairs myself, which I ended up having to agree to.Not very impressed currently. I believe the Amazon CS Rep. did their best, but this should have been handled by Flourish Office, & I should have just been sent a replacement part. That's how all of my previous chairs have been covered under warranty.Would I buy this chair currently at $80? Probably. The rest of the chair is still more solid than any other chair I've owned, & my step father has his own forge & I know I could get him to repair the brackets when they break.Would I recommend this chair? Not unless you have a local repair shop nearby & don't mind Amazon credit to replace the real cash you'll need to repair it.(Apr. 5, 2017): Another of the brackets just failed. Same exact thing as the last one...

Very comfortable. Smooth when moving the chair around and rotating
Very comfortable. Smooth when moving the chair around and rotating. I do wish that the arm rest were higher though. That's the only downside but it's a big one for me.

Decent For the Price, Not Amazing
To be honest, I was expecting the overall build quality to be higher than it was with an advertised original price of $319 (you save 200!!!). The leather is clearly pu-leather as advertised but looks kind of thin and I don't expect it to last too many years. The chrome parts flake off under pressure such as tightening screws and the vertical hydraulic system doesn't seem to go down as low as my previous chairs. The back and base of the chair attach to one another using the arms for support which seems like a weak point over time. For the money, the chair isn't bad, but overall I was expecting more.
