Good customer service
I purchased this for my dog who has had persistent sporadic vomiting and diarrhea since we adopted him several years ago. It's early days for the probiotic yet but he seems to be doing well so far and just today has had more solid stools than normal, which I'm hoping is a good sign. I am just starting him out with a very small amount. I also want to mention how pleased I am with the customer service. Initially I was concerned to discover my product had gone to a different address but on contacting them I received a reply very quickly with a new tracking number, which then arrived in the next few days. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small complimentary bottle of Bentonite clay, which I had a chance to give to my dog over the following days, and which seems to have worked favorably for him. He was sick in the morning but perked up quickly after I administered this to him. So overall I am pleased with the products and the good customer service.
