VisionTechShopDLP-300 Label Printing Scale Pole Display, 30/60lbs Capacity, 0.01/0.02lbs, NTEP Legal for Trade

Bought this scale on the first of June 1 2021 to date I cannot connect get it connected to the xdb manager July 27 2021 tried to use the videos provided to me by the seller Polkanic and it still does not work.Tried contacting the manufacturers Visiontech and they said because I did not buy the scale for them they cannot assist. So, I am left stuck with a scale that isn’t working and no help ! If Amazon knows this how customers will be treated by sellers then it best not to do business with Amazon ,Visiontech, or Polkanic. Amazon must , Amazon must ,be able to fix this or stop this brand (Visiontech) from being sold on their platform.To the consumers out there do not, do not, do not please do not buy this (Visiontech) brand you won’t be able to use the scale, over $ 1000 us has gone to waste very disappointed.

This does everything I can think of that a scale should do. There was a learning curve at first, but the seller has great documentation, including tons of youtube videos. Seller also had great customer service.I needed to change some barcode settings to match a certain format my POS (point of sale) system read, and I somehow made the barcode disappear entirely, and couldn't get it back. I called the number on the seller's website, and, to my surprise, talked to a real person who scheduled a time the same day to sit down and help me. He was patient and determined, and we eventually got the formatting correct. It works perfectly.Now I can download hundreds of products to the scale at once, update their prices remotely, and not have to rely on an employee to hand-jam price changes. If there was a learning curve on my end, it is made up for by the fact that the end user now has nothing to learn. I give him a PLU cheat sheet to match the produce names he's familiar with and away he goes.I searched at length online and couldn't find a scale any cheaper than this one that did what I needed, and now that I found this one, I don't know why you would pay more.It's the right tool for a small specialty food store.

Been shopping around for new scales for my supermarket. Found these scales from VisionTechShop. I was skeptical about this scale due to new brand that I never heard of. Ordered one to test first. Joe their sales rep has been helpful the whole way thru. From ordering to programming, VisionTechShop has been there the whole time. Excellent customer service and experience techs. Finally I decided to switch out all my stores with their scales. The DLP-300 has so many features (more than I need) , I easily imported all the database from my previous scale. Definitely would recommend these scales to other affiliates.

Exactly what we were looking for in a scale! We wanted a scale that would print price labels and this was perfect! I can’t express enough how easy it was to program and use! My mother (terrible, terrible with tech) quickly learned how to use the speed keys. Super satisfied with this purchase!This was a way better experience than the deflecto scale we bought and a different scale came (still waiting on the refund :( ).We bought it used from VisionTechShop and it came intact and with all the parts perfectly packed. Shipping was faster than the expected date as well so that was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Never buy this garbage again try to print keep saying check labels check label. I don’t know how many time I fixed that keep repeating it getting so annoying. Done with that couldn’t even get help from tech uff.
