I just got this today. This seems like a good storage ottoman, what i was looking for. I put this in my daughters room for two reasons: 1- as a bit of extra storage for her room 2- as a step stool for my dog to be able to get onto my daughters bed. This seems very sturdy. Came packaged fine. No damage. It was a bit darker purple than i thought. Another reviewer described it as plum, that’s pretty accurate. It’s a nice material, soft and seems easy to clean. It’s a nice addition to the room.

I work from home a lot and needed a sturdy ottoman for back support, and this has been just perfect for the price. It came folded and honestly I expected it to be at least a little unstable, but when it's unfolded and the lid put on, you can sit on it or rest your feet and it's very sturdy. Lots of storage space is a nice bonus. I got it in red so it's also a pretty splash of color and the cushion on top is very comfy. Definitely recommend.

I bought this to use at work. I sit in a cubical and need to elevate my feet/legs during the day. The small half circle things looked too small to really do what I needed - This is perfect!!!!! I'm 5'5" - so when seated I raise the chair up to his highest level, with this I can stretch my legs out over it, or even fold them up a bit cross legged. The top is nicely padded, so it's just perfect and keeps the swelling down in my legs. (Yes I wear compression socks as well). Works great to store all my Clorox wipes and snacks and what not in too.

We ordered the red thinking the picture looked dark enough to match our burgundy accents. It's not totally off, but it definitely isn't as dark as expected and almost has a pinkish look. Feels sturdy on the top, though the sides push in with the slightest outside pressure because it's foldable. The cat immediately took to it because of the soft material. Ultimately we're happy with the function on this enough to keep, but I don't expect this will be a long term investment. It's really just a glorified box; "real" ottomans came with a much heftier price tag we figured weren't worth it since the cat will likely scratch this up.

It was great at first - super cute and perfect storage for a lot of toys/stuffed animals in my daughter's room. But once she started using it as a bench to sit on to put shoes on in the morning - then the top broke in the corners. We're still using it for storage, but not as a bench - the top has pressed board so it really cannot handle any weight. Should only be called storage ottoman - not bench.

Bought 2 one broke within a few days the other one is still ok.
