Makes perfect bread, if you follow the recepie.I made sooji bread and it was awesome. Got recepie from youtube.Very simple no hassle product.

So the machine works as it says. But the recipe in the book. I will say you have to tweak it a bit. I make the whole wheat bread one for that I use 340ml of water 250 gm maida and 250 gm atta Add instead of three and half spoon of sugar Are you six scoop Add I used three spoons of instant yeast Then the bread becomes really fluffy, but it is not like this. The store bought fluffy one And everything else works fine. But I do think the cord of this appliance should be a little bit longer. Other than that, everything is fine.

The appliance works in only one mode ie the basic bread mode .The bread baked from it cannot be eaten .

If it is way out of date (over two months past the expiry date), chances are that it is no longer ok. Yeast is a living organism so it will eventually be less effective as the month's pass.Step 2: Prepare a 1/4 cup of warm water. The temperature should be between 105°F - 110°F. This is very important because if the temperature is too low, your yeast won't wake up. If your temperature is too high, you will kill the yeast. So sad.Step 3: Dissolve 2 tsp of sugar into the water. Yeast needs a little bite to eat while it's waking up and sugar is its favorite food. Yum.Step 4: Add 1 tsp of yeast to the sugar mixture and stir gently for about 20 seconds. Your yeast is going to find all of the yummy sugar molecules and get all happy in there.Step 5: Wait for about 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, you should see bubbles and froth. Your yeast will also have the familiar yeasty aroma. If your yeast looks airy and you can see it producing little bubbles within the sugar water, congratulations!
