Yoshihiro VG-10 Hammered Damascus, HAA Japanese Paring Knife 80 mm/3.1"

I use this knife every day. Sometimes, I wash it and use it two or three times for the same meal prep. It is the perfect size for someone who considers themselves an intermediate cook but doesn't do chef-style chopping. I think I will be asking for this company's knives for every special occasion for a while to amass a collection.

Beautiful knife, supposed to be a birthday present for my husband. It arrived before expected, but clearly labeled paring knife mailed from Japan. Surprise ruined. I would order the product again but not from this seller.
