4-Tier Constant-Tension Corner Pole Shower Caddy

This is the worst product I've ever purchased from Amazon! It is poorly made, the pieces are flimsy and the instructions are horrible. I was determined to get this set up in my guest bathroom shower prior to guests arriving. It took over an hour to assemble and once assembled it was loose, and flimsy. Two of the rings split with minimal pressure. I have returned this item for what I hope will be a full refund. Don't bother, it's terrible.

The instruction on this shower caddy is horrible it took me couple of hours to figure it out and match the picture to the pieces. It says its adjustable but to be able to fit my bathroom was not able to use 3 of the poles. The baskets are held with this plastic rubber band, the top one dint fit well at all, it wiggles and doesn't stay straight so I can't put any bottles as they fall down or anything with weight to it. Besides that the quality of the material seems good, I have been using this for about 3 month and I haven't experience any rust and I do like that baskets has hooks for razor or to hang sponges.

This was way to large and rather flimsy.

It's really handy. If you have lot of stuffs this is best to use. But it get rusty, making it hard to assemble if you move to different place

Originally gave 1 star and told company if they posted a utube instructional video that would change. They did and it's a super tutorial and the quality of this pole was above any I've seen on other poles...so buy with confidence. Thanks Leapair for listening

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This purchase was a BIG mistake and will be returning ASAP. I just received the caddy today and I wish I had read the reviews! The instructions are impossible. They say insert item E into item G for example, but the pieces don't have letters on them and the poles look so similar that it was difficult to figure out. I eventually found a video on YouTube and was able to put it together. However, I was unable to install it. The caddy is 3 pieces when together. The bottom pole with a middle and the top. I have a tub shower so I didn't need to use all of the poles. When I got into the tub to install it, the pieces would come apart and it scratched my tub and cut my foot when it fell apart. I finally got it into position after having to put the pieces back together multiple times. You are supposed to be able to adjust the top piece to the height you need, but it would not stay in place and the 3 pieces came crashing down again leaving more scratches!!

I would have given it 5 stars due to the nice look, but the tension spring in the rod is too wide; therefore, not allowing the spring to bounce back to readjust the rod. Also, I have to place the baskets where the rods fit together because my ceiling is very high from the tub, and the shower caddy seems a little flimsy.

No matter which way you assembled the rods and caddy's together it would not fit to dimensions specified. The assembly directions were not clear and my son ended up having to cut one of the rods to a smaller size to make it work.
