These particular fitness bands were recommended by the fitness trainer at our local YMCA. I am still learning, but they are comfortable and I expect they will be fine. I was VERY disappointed to discover absolutely no exercise suggestions included. I looked on line and found one for $15 and $12 shipping to Hawaii. Not cool.

The Black Sniper band is for big boys and girls. Like the name states, it does provide Extreme Tension. The resistance is at least double of the SPRI Purple "Very Heavy" resistance band. The grips are sturdy and ergo friendly, you can just tell this thing is going to be challenging. If you're ready to move up, reduce the number of reps but feel twice the burn, then make the small investment. You'll be glad you did.

At first I thought these were too short (most of my bands are 60") but they assured me they would stretch and they do!But I still wish they had a longer verson so I could step on the center and pull both sides over my head at the same time.If you exercise one side at a time then these are good. Excellent handles and good quality overall.

From day one , I got it hooked up in my basement and it has been very hard for me to skip the daily routine . I am beginning to see positive results .

My wife and I have had these cords for a long time and they did great for about two years. After a bit, the handles started to break down and leave a residue that was not from our workouts. It's like the plastic started to break down and goo up. I have tried cleaning them with regular soap and water but when that didn't work, I went with a harsher cleaner that hasn't helped yet. We clean our workout items after each workout so they last longer, but it must just be time to replace these. :(. The bands themselves are in great shape though.

I've been using their previous models for years, and they have served me well and I've never had one of them break/fail, either.Bought this newest model for the added resistance it gives for lower body exercises. It has done the job very well, like their products always have.

I did not notice any special or different tension regarding this high priced resistance band than lower priced ones. The vendor sent it USPS in a box that needed a 'signature', when they could have put it in an envelope that fits easily into a mailbox. The Black Sniper Ripcord is good marketing (it did make me buy it), but the product is vanilla soft.

I really like these. They have a much better weight resistance than other cords I tried. However, I live in Winnipeg and had to pay $16.46 to ship two resistance bands.

Love this band. Bought as a replacement for the band I had been using which had broken again!!.Ripcords' are used by several friends who all really rate them. This blue size is perfect for me. Its harder than my last band was which is better for me.I use it every day at work when away from home.(work abroad on ships) brilliant for confined space

Was really excited to get this, hoping it would be the one stop shop and I would not have to buy anything more than this.Boy was I wrong, There's no give in this resistance band, there is maybe a couple of inches at best.I recommend going for the ones with replicable rubber cords, then you can strap them all on and they will stretch so you can do your stretches/moves properly with more resistance than this claims.I guess I was suckered in a bit by 'the worlds strongest etc...'
