I love this thing. Use it every day.
This thing is great! I was worried it would leak or not keep things hot. It did leak at first but if you look at the top you screw on you will see it is 2 different pieces. You have to make sure both pieces are tight then viola no leaks. Mine was in perfect condition, no dents or damage. It also keeps coffee hot if you know how to do it. I run very hot water in it and let it sit for a few minutes before putting coffee in it. This heats the metal up and Thats what keeps coffee hot. After 12 hours my coffee was still warm enough to drink.

Works great. Keeps my coffee hot all day. No leaks. I think people who are having trouble with leaks are over-filling it. If you fill it too much, it does leak. If you fill it just below the spout unit, no leaks. I love this thing. Totally worth the money, and light too.

Hot beverages do not stay hot for 12 hours
Hot beverages do not stay hot for 12 hours. I preheated the thermos with hot tap water, then added my hot coffee. While at work, I will drain a couple of lid fulls early and within 5 hrs, the remaining coffee could use a microwave boost. For the price, it's not worth returning~!

Great product for a great price
Great product and great price to boot.Have now used it for a month and have had no complaints, no spills, no leaks, no damage.Coffee remains hot for most of the working day (about 8 hours).Highly recommend for the value and sleek design.

It's a fine thermos for the price
It's a fine thermos for the price. The only issue I have with it is the inner plug is cheaply made. It's nice to have push button pouring but it broke on me the first use. I was able to put it back together again but don't really want to have to do that every time I have my coffee.

item arrived with a dented cover. the product is not as insulated as it claims. the hot liquid does not stay hot for as long as I expected. I would not recommend this product. In fact if there is a return guarantee without too much hassle, I would like to return it. Of course, I have used it as this is the only way, I could have come to make these comments.

Loved it so much we bought a second one for ...
Loved it so much we bought a second one for a 15 hour drive to Florida. Packed my hubs two thermos of coffee and was surprised that the second one stayed warm for well over 35 hours. (It was packed in the back of the SUV for that whole time so that may have helped.)He uses it every night going to work, and it works really well. Only leaks when I overfill it and spill it everywhere before I put the lid on it.

I drive truck and take this along with me. it is very easy to pour and use while in the truck. The only reason it doesn't get 4 stars doesn't keep as waem as i would like. Over all i would recomend the product
