A: Yes it does. If you hit a bump and it feels like the wheel is going to fall off. Then yes. It's not so easy to get to but that was are problem and it feels like a new car. Hope this helps ya!

**Q: would this also work for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra couple?**
A: If you're looking to doing the repair yourself, I recommend watching the YouTube video for this repair. I gets a little intensive, but the part should work being they all have the same power steering assist. If you're not into tearing down your driver side dash, get someone who can.
