The fine salt came out of the bag
the cover partially melted/burnt the second time I heated it. The fine salt came out of the bag. I'll try to find some other pouches to hold these salt.

Product is just as described. I was fearful that the salt might leak through the fabric cover but it doesn't. Heats up in the oven rather quickly and holds the heat for a long time.

Like the fact that you can heat it up and apply to the area.
Was much smaller than I thought it would be. The ones that I have seen in the spa were the size of a regular pillow. Guess I should have read the whole article about the item first. My fault. But it's okay. It's going to work out for my shoulder and neck pain for now. I guess I will just have to go to the spa and buy the pillow there. It's the same cost.

home remedy tip that works.
great for ear infection! Iet nasty and frequent ear infection (due to bad allergies/sinus issues) I just heat up the pillow and lay with my ear on it and it works like a charm. The heat sooths the pain while the salt draws out the fluid/infection.

Won’t get very warm!
I got this as a gift. It is useless to me! Mine won’t get very warm. Even @ 170 degrees (that’s as low as my oven goes) for 20 minutes only got it luke warm at best...and now it’s COLD after 20 minutes on my body! I have tried a few times. I feel like it has had NO EFFECT at all. I’m afraid to keep it in the oven any longer than 20 minutes...when the instructions say to only leave it there for 10-15 minutes on 120 degrees...because I’m afraid I will damage it. And I have read to NEVER put it in the microwave. I’m disappointed!
