Bought this because the shape and dynamics seemed correct for injured shoulders. My orthodontist doc loves it. Have some tears from rescuing my baby horse and a couple of misplaced horse front legs and a hoof between shoulder and elbow. Even had a hoof print in the mega bruising. Have been the gimp in a sling to rest arm. Put this on and had some movement but gentle lower arm. Finally got the best night sleep in the six weeks since accident. I rolled and I wasn't jolted from sleep in huge pain. It says to not sleep with it. Obviously strap could theoretically strangle you. Ladies we have the upper hand and arm here. Put on a soft sport bra and looped the elastic through the bra. Very safe now. It is great for limiting motion on a healing shoulder, always check with your doc! This is such a relief to support and lower pain. I'm getting older not broken, just a bit bent. Keep moving team the baby boomers paved the way for us to have some great products and this diamond cowgirl will ride on! Don't be afraid to trim a bit for a custom fit, measure twice, do go up a size!

I have had two rotator cuff surgeries on the same arm and occasionally it still bothers me. That's when I need to wear this brace to stabilize my shoulder. I don't wear it every day, only occasionally, but it helps when I do. A little difficult to get on alone. A second person is needed to properly close the part going around the upper arm but other than that, it works.

it must be hard to accommodate so many sizes especially for a man. Product is well made a . little difficult for 1 person to put on. I fit into 48 to 52 in chest size so I am stretching the chest strap pretty well and I would agree to wear a T under it, even a 1/2 Tee. Quite satisfied

Very good support. It is a little too hot to wear in warm weather but it does a nice job helping the shoulder remain stable.

It fit fine and appeared to be good quality. But after only one use, during a game, it tore. Good thing it was not expensive but it definitely didn't last.
