Best baby shower gift ever – solves more problems than just teethingI just got this as a (very) late baby shower present and I love it! The design is attractive and it is so useful to me!Finally I have found a solution for the distractions of my baby while nursing and to her pulling on my hair so hard all the time. She is now 6.5 months old and has something more interesting to focus on then pulling my glasses/hair/arm. I received our teething necklace tonight and I love it! It is absolutely adorable. It comes in the cutest little box so it is perfect for baby shower gifts. I have never seen teethers like this before so I was super excited to try it. My son absolutely loved it. I like that it's rubbery and not too hard on the gums and gives him the perfect amount of relief. The pieces aren't too big to where he can't chew it and not to small to where he can't get it in the right spot. They are just right. I like the length of the necklace so it can go in his mouth without choking him and I love the clasp on the end so it's not too difficult to take off.

My 8 month old loved this necklace right away! She always pulls on my necklaces and tears them until I got this one with the breakaway clasps. Finally, one she cannot destroy, the joy. The clasp is quite hard so she really needs to pull on it in order to get it open, and then I can just close it right up. It's like magic! The beads are soft but very durable, same as the thread which is made of silk I think. This is something I got for myself, since I have extreme anxiety when it comes to travel, and I had heard good things about this type of necklace. This necklace is great to fidget with while in the car, and I will definitely be bringing it with me on my next plane ride. It helps to distract from anxiety when you have the little silicone pieces to move around in your hand (or even chew on, if stress gets too bad).
