2" INCH SUSPENSION LIFT KIT - POLARIS RZR 900 TRAIL / 900 XC - BLACK POWDER COAT

Took my rzr on same trails I was bottoming out a lot on last year. Only ticked 2 rocks the whole trip. Love it. Be advised that you do have to max your shock tension making it a little rougher ride. Small trade off for the clearance. Did not seem to effect stability much if any. Took 2 of us about 2 1/2 hrs to install. Was not hard after we figured out the front cross piece positioning. Picture could be better.Well worth the money.

This is not a Prime shipping item so it took several days to arrive. The illustrations in the instructions are TERRIBLE! The photos are so dark that it is impossible to understand. I was a good thing that a similar kit install is on YouTube, or it would have taken much longer to install. So that is a 1-star deduction. It did lift the RZR about 1-3/4 inches, in the front and rear (which is what I expected).

Good quality. Easy to install. Installation only took 90 minutes. You don’t need to remove the tires as the instructions state. I had plenty of room to work with the tires left on. Use a floor jack to lift the machine up and let it down. It really helps to align the shock bolt holes. Before and after photos attached.

Great product and service but I did have to grind down one bracket that would have rubbed on my throttle body. It did however come with extra hardware and decent instructions.

I got about a 1.75” lift from it. Instal could not have been easier. First ride after install was excellent.

The lift kit was perfect! Heavy duty and fit right on. It really made a difference in the clearance of my wife’s rzr.

Quality product, easy install

Installed on a 2015 RZR trail 900 eps, and gave an honest 2" of lift. But ran in to a couple problems installing the lift. First, the drivers side rear lift bracket interfered with the engine intake tubing when wrapping around the frame. This would not allow the bracket to slide up in to place or the bolt holes to line up. It only took roughly 1/4" of grinding to clearance the lift bracket, but something I'm surprised no other installers on the reviews mentioned happening to them. Secondly was with the front brackets, when running aftermarket piggyback style shocks. The bracket moves the top mounting points outward, causing the piggyback to interfere with the frame of the RZR. The only remedy was to rotate the shock 180degrees so the piggyback was mounted towards the center of the rzr. This caused interference again with one of the two mount brackets used in the front lift. Ended up grinding clearance out of the lift bracket and fitting the shocks with the lift. One picture shows the clearnaced end done versus the original end. A little bit of grinding, not to the point I would consider it substantially weakened the lift kit and it fit. The lift used heavier metal than I was expecting, an acceptable thickness to allow for some grinding here and there, imo. Also worth mentioning, I used the provided hardware without problems. I wasn't trying to use gorilla strength to tighten them down, though. Have since rechecked the bolts and nothing has came loose.

Fast shipping here before was suppose to be..hardware is garbage..i guess 8.8 bolts are to expensive..4.8 bolts?? I used those on my kids plastic rzr..steel is good but need new hardware i suggest replacing all hardware..and directions are very hard to understand..im mechanically inclined so i figured it out..but for thr price it will do

The lift work well except for mounting hardware.In the installation manual says that it needs grade 10 bolts and in the package it’s grade 6. I purchased the front hardware and used the oem choke bolt for the rear. Did at least 1000 km with no problems.

It's ok not as much lift as I thought lots of droop in the suspension easy to install

Easy to install and gave me the 2” lift it promises and very sturdy construction
