Q: Are these compression shirts or regular ?

The are regular fit or loose fit. Definitely NOT compression.

Q: Do these fit well if you are tall? Im 6'7"

I had to return them, they were to small. They are great, but really tight fitting. As far as your height goes, the fitting of them seems to be the most important factor. As I said they are great, but make sure you get the proper fit. Sorry I could not be more help

Q: What is the length of the XXL?

Xl is 28.5 inches long. Not sure about xxl.
