Firegram hsdd Wireless Bluetooth Headset, Compatible with iPhone, Black

I bought this headset based on the overwhelming 5 star reviews from previous customers. But my headset was sub par at best. It had a very muffled sound and reception went in and out. I was very surprised and disapppointed. I am not sure if I got a defective one or if it was not a good headset. I returned it and will be looking for a different one.

Not bad for the price. That being said... if I had paid fifty bucks I would be sending it back. But for under twenty dollars this is great. The only thing I would change is to have the volume be able to go a bit louder. That's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars.

I bought this for my husband who is a truck driver, he's been wanting one. Hands free is much easier for him even when not working. It work great and the quality of it while in use is great. It's clear and non static. My husband had one prior and it was horrible with static during a call. And thi one works great! Also it's a perfect compact size that is also a plus! I'd purchase this item all over again! Thanks!

Mine worked great for two days... then it wouldn't connect to my iPhone after that. But, I got my money back and for $12, I'll buy them again. They were clear, reliable (while they worked) and comfortable. Sound volume was also quite good.

Partly, mine own fault for losing the instructions...Got kids, a husband and pets? Got a mess! It's directions were not found online and frankly, I did worry about its' comfort and usage.

It's fine for listening to podcasts, but not for phone conversations. I get complaints that people can't hear me until I switch to a different headset.

Connectivity is a pain, the device isn't labeled so it's hard to find, it's uncomfortable.

Product does not work hardly at all. When speaking to somebody on the phone the other person can barely hear due to the voice being so low and blotchy.
