I and found my old pair, but won't go back now that I have this superior quick release set!
I had bought another brand of these that were way more expensive ($25) on Amazon and attached using velcro. In the end, while these took longer to receive (the other pair used Amazon's 2 day Prime), but the wait was well worth it. The only reason I got this pair was because I lost one of the other ones only to find it the day this pair arrived (isn't that the way it always works?! lol) and I needed a replacement set.Despite being considerably lower in cost they are far more comfortable and they have a quick release mechanism my other set didn't have. The old set also pinched my arms and this set doesn't do that at all. They also have such a good amount of stretch to them I can see them as being usable for most people's legs unless your legs are very large. Even though I found the second band to my original set, no way I'll be going back to those now that I have this new pair which kicks tail!

Major burn!
Only been using it for two days so results hard to judge at this point but I have to say they give you an amazing burn. I don't see how they can not be of benefit. It is important to limit your time with the restricted blood flow. My research has recommended 10 minutes or less using lesser weights than your normal workout - start low and find what works for you and make it low enough you can complete your sets - start with one set of 30 reps - 30 second rest - one set of 15 reps - 30 seconds of rest - one set of 15 reps - 30 seconds rest and a final set of 15 reps. You do that with them adjusted correctly - you're going to burn like you've been chopping wood for 12 hours. I suggest you do your own research and find what works for you but you definitely want to limit your time frame. Best of luck!

Inexpensive, works well, but too narrow
Nice product. Very reasonably priced, and works well. No instructions but not so hard to figure out. One issue that doesn't make it a 5-star product is the very narrow size of the bands (not mentioned in the Amazon product description), compared to the other well-selling brand on Amazon (http://amzn.to/2qAsiTD ). There are peer-reviewed studies on the web on occlusion training comparing narrow versus wide bands. For me, the narrow bands don't create much of the Kaatsu effect, if you know what I mean.If they keep prices reasonable (as they are) and make the bands wider, I may buy it again.

Inconsistent
While the bands can achieve their intended goal, the mechanical problems that come from the materials and design of the band provide huge hurdles for the bands. The bands I received had issues locking. The lock would come undone easily (not necessarily a bad thing), and (more importantly) the lock did not secure the band effectively. The band would slide out from the position I set it to, which made the bands slide down my arms and/or apply different pressure to each arm. The band fastener on the end of the band also appeared to be installed backwards, as I was forced to tuck it under the constricting loop in order to attach the fastener to the loop itself (which made the whole band system quite uncomfortable). The band itself was also too elastic, which probably exacerbated the issues stemming from the plastic locking mechanism. Because of the hyperelasticity, the band itself could not apply uniform pressure around the arm. That all being said, I do realize that I may have received a faulty item. I also would like to say that when the band did work, it worked fairly well. Was it as good as a occlusion cuff? No, but for the price point the band was being sold at, the band achieved it's intended goal (albeit inconsistently).

I really enjoy this product
I really enjoy this product, at first I thought they would be uncomfortable but it wasn't. I wore them for the first time in the gym the other day and had a few people come up and question me about them. For me personally I believe it helps me maintain a bigger and longer pump in my biceps so I can Break through that barrier my genetic muscle fascia creates thus allowing my muscle to grow more even if it's just a little at a time. I recommend this product.

Gets the job done, but not elegantly
I really wanted to rate these bands lower but I can't bring myself to do so. They are functional and I get a great pump when I have these wrapped on my arms. However this product comes with a few flaws (some of which may be personal preference.First, the color. These stand out so much, that you will pull a lot of attention from other gym goers with these ridiculously colorful wraps dangling from your shoulder. Secondly, the form. These are elastic tourniquets with a "quick release button". Elastic+quick release+ sharp plastic tip= risk of getting sliced in the face every time you take these off. I have gotten cut from this this unsnapping before. This product is super cheap and will get the job done but honestly, just spend the extra ten dollars and get some normal wraps.

These occlusion bands stretch...- lol
EDIT- MY OPINION OF THE UNDERLYING GEAR IS THE SAME, THAT SAID THE VENDOR DID REACH OUT TO ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT- UPDATE RATING TO FOUR STARS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Proper Occlusion bands should not stretch BC it negates the tourniquet effect.Returning after one use - I’ve use Occlusion bands before but thought I’d give it a go in case I was missing something.I wasn’t.

overall though they worked fine just the design could have been a bit better
I bought these cause the previous brand i had, i gifted them to this young cat in the gym. These lasted about 8 months. I think my arms, which is what i use them the most on, might be a bit too big for the design of these bands. I had one band break right at the plastic point that connects one end of band into the other. another thing is when you take these off, the elastic can swing around and hit you in the face. overall though they worked fine just the design could have been a bit better.
