Most elite athletes and dancers use all of their toes for balance and have a well rounded/developed foot.** A: I’m not the inventor or a physical therapist but was told by my PT that this is the best tool there is for improving foot and leg function and balance. By isolating the big toe you use the rest of your foot and your whole leg up to your glutes. This is not a toy! The exercises are challenging and they rediscover muscles that you haven’t used for years. The good news is it really works to restore function and balance. **Q: Are there inserts/attachments to fill in the gap for the rest of the toes? I'm thinking of how to do progressions/regressions of certain movements.** A: This is specifically designed to let those toes drop into the gap.
