They dont seem to move. Stucked in the same position as came in the box.** A: You won't be able to if you try to bend them with your thumbs on the raised center of the hinge. Try holding them from the plates where the screw holes are and you'll be able to snap them into the closed position. **Q: are thes for door without an overlay or can I have a 3/4" overlay?** A: Yes I installed with overlay. 3/4 inch may be pushing it though **Q: Do these lock open?** A: It will stay in place when it open or close, maintaining 90 degree or 180 degree against the frame.
