This is a great kick-stand. Works in both directions and allows different angles. It also does not add bulk to the phone. I use super-slim cases and stick the kick-stand onto them. My phones still look sleek and stylish. I am a BlackBerry user, therefore I own resistant hardware. However if you own a weak piece of hardware such an iPhone or similar and use a bulky case it still won't really change the feeling. Very recommended.

This is a pretty niffy device. The middle section of the plastic stand sticks to the back of the phone. It can also stick to the phone case as well. When you want to put up the kickstand, just put it up. If it is not in use, it lays pretty flat again the back of the phone. It also locks. Nice to have so you don't need to prop up your phone.

I've tried two other heavier add-on kickstands from Amazon; this one works well and does not protrude much from my phone's case. Some other reviews complain about it being cheaply made or that the adhesive wouldn't stick. I don't expect it will last forever, but this allows me to add a decent kickstand to a much better quality case lacking one. Making it more durable would also make it much thicker which I wouldn't like. The adhesive sticking really depends more on the material your case is made from, this comes with two squares of basic two sided foam tape.

I hoped these would have hinges rather only plastic. The given adhesive pads don't hold at all... when I purchased my own adhesive pads, the kickstand worked until it broke from normal every days usage. Not even 1 month in, and it broke at the bends. Not worth the purchase.

This handy Universal Mobile Phone Kickstand keeps my phone at a good viewing position on my desk. Helps eliminate excess desk clutter...I used to stack books to prop the phone. Great gadget. Recommend.

Quite handy when wanting to spontaneously watch netflix or movies on my phone. Also a good stand for when you want hands-free FaceTime with family/friends.

This is perfect little gadget! You can stick it dirctly to your phone or the cover. Nice, thin material--- no extra weight or bulk. Works perfectly, if you apply correctly.

Seemed like a good idea - at least in theory. However, once installed, it will never lay flat due to the overall design. The part that raises up to clip in to form the stand itself cannot be tacked down and thus sticks up. Purchased for my tablet, which will be fine, but if you were hoping to put this on your phone, it DEFINITELY would not work. It would get caught in your pocket and rip off or break quickly. The plastic on this is also VERY thin and weak so I do not anticipate this lasting very long at all. One accidental bump or push and the whole thing would either break or fold. The plastic cannot have much higher strength than a couple of layers of thick card stock. We'll see how long it lasts.
