Review: Works like a dream - I was going to buy a Jabra or Anker unit but was put off by the comments relating to Bluetooth sound quality when using those speakerphones with a smartphone. I’m so glad I bought this model instead, I’m told the sound quality at the receivers end is fantastic and from my end voices are true and clear when using over Bluetooth with a smartphone. I use this speakerphone for video conferencing and phone calls, so the ease of switching from USB to Bluetooth is really useful. My only gripe is the USB cable that came with the speakerphone did not work, my laptop failed to acknowledge the speakerphone at all. A quick swap to my Samsung USB cable sorted the issue but it was disappointing that the boxed cable did not work with the unit. Still, that’s not enough to reduce the five star rating as the speakerphone itself is perfect!
Review: Good for Conferencing - but volume too low even at max. - Bought as I wanted a USB connected speaker/mic combo for conferencing etc. as bluetooth is too temperamental for professional business conferencing and keeps disconnecting. This unit is neat and connects great via USB (haven't tried bluetooth yet as not what I bought it for. The one thing that lets this unit down is the volume level, even at max it is just slightly louder than my laptop speakers, using as speaker for anything other than conferencing/meeting is pretty woeful - otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

## Features

- Surprisingly Great Sound – Small compact speaker produces a surprisingly loud crisp sound that is ideal for music or videos. Speaker bar lifts and projects the sound forward for a better stereo experience.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why am I experiencing poor microphone performance?**
A: One common cause of poor microphone performance is having another device selected as the audio input, such as a desk microphone or webcam microphone. Check your input settings and make sure the SP-2000 is selected as your input device.

**Q: Can I connect my laptop via USB and use my mobile phone for Bluetooth calls at the same time?**
A: Yes. You can connect your computer via USB and your phone via Bluetooth to the SP-2000 simultaneously. Use the Source button to switch between the two connections and activate the audio from the device you want to use.

**Q: What size room is this speakerphone designed for?**
A: The SP-2000 is suitable for small to medium-sized rooms where participants are within approximately 3 metres (10 feet) of the device.

**Q: Can I answer calls directly from the SP-2000?**
A: Yes. When connected via Bluetooth, the SP-2000 has built-in answer and microphone mute buttons, allowing you to manage calls directly from the speakerphone.

**Q: Why can’t I hear audio or use the microphone on my SP-2000?**
A: Select the SP-2000 as your computer’s audio output and mic input. For Bluetooth, ensure it’s the active device. Green indicates USB mode; blue indicates Bluetooth mode. See the user manual for details.
