I don't like that you have to freeze your product before you can put it in the Creami and it is loud

My Creami came without any instructions! So this had many helpful hints. I found a few easy recipes that I enjoy, but it gave me several ideas that I used to make my own flavors of ice cream and sorbets. So I would recommend this book to a beginner, because it has helpful hints and can give a person great ideas to make their own recipes.

There are a zillion books on Ninja appliances. It's IMPOSSIBLE to know which ones are nice books, and which are the quality of a cheap newspaper (many seem to be). This one is lovely. Full color with photos. Great recipes. Get this one.

The recipe book is ok, several of the recipes are what you get when you purchase the machine. These recipes use too much milk and heavy whipping cream. when you eat the ice cream you get a waxy film in your mouth, good flavor but it’s like you’re eating butter. You can get better recipes from FB or Pinterest. I personally wouldn’t recommend it or suggest you buy this one
