These are great, cheap towel/napkins. I would say that they're small if you're using them as dish towels. I used them as napkins for the holidays - we have 20-25 people for dinner for Christmas and Thanksgiving - they were great. They laundered really well, though I hang them to dry just to make sure I don't have to iron them. I've washed them all several times now, and yes, a couple of the seams came undone, but for the price I'm happy.

These towels are strong, but hardly absorbent. If compare the quality of the fabric to a tablecloth - smooth and strong, but not terribly soft and minimally absorbent.These towels are decent for scrubbing a countertop or wiping dirt/grime off hands while cooking, but I would not recommend wiping up a liquid mess or drying off a tabletop, counter, or other hard surface.Absorbency is such an important feature in a kitchen towel and these fall glaringly short.

I purchased these as newborn flat fold diapers for my sister. Way less expensive than actual "diapers" and are exactly the same size as a newborn flat. Dense enough to be a good quality, loose enough for a snappi and for easy cleaning and quick drying. I liked them so much that I bought two packs more for my kitchen towels. ;)

Did not turn out to be what was expected. heavy and will do the job but does not absorb well at all.

My dad, rest his soul, was a butcher and these are just like the towels he used in the shop! So I know they are durable, absorbent and efficient! They are very absorbent, feel so clean and crisp, I love using them to dry in the kitchen and also to wipe my hands. They wash beautifully, too.

they are thinner than I thought they would be, but they work well. Just not sure how long they will last...

The description says terry but they are a smooth towel.

What does want from terry cloth towels?
