Good quality for the money. Much less than a Kala U-Bass. Ordered this because the version at Sam Ash didn’t have a lefty model and you can’t just restring this for a left handed person.

The tuners are cheep soft metal and will not last thru you first string change. I was disappointed. with out good stable tuners it will not stay in pitch, with out tuners that work no strings, no strings no sound. Perhaps money spent towards a better brand.

I was skeptical about the rubber strings at first, but after a few days with this thing I’m really enjoying playing them and they sound really smooth and are really fun to play around with on this little ubass. A really great find and a good value overall for a lefty
