KneeQi Yoga and Exercise Knee Pad

I use this pad for my knees when doing sculpting exercises that involves leg lifts while on all fours and for stretching. Works well for the purpose and I think the padding is sufficient. Sometimes it takes time for the pad to uncompress itself so hopefully it will continue to do so over time.

I love this knee pad! It was just what I needed. I want to buy another one but it is unavailable via Amazon. I hope they bring it back soon. It is just enough padding for my aching knees. It can wrap around my rolled up mat and fit in my carrier.

Very thick and soft for my knees and it conveniently rolls up in yoga mat.

Does not protect the knee from pain. Had to return it because it did not meet my expectations.

Without a doubt the most important piece of yoga equipment I have after my mat - I do not do any yoga without it. I'm a bigger guy and any position that puts pressure on my knees is almost impossible without some kind of support. Before I got a KneeQi I would have to skip those moves due to the pain - but now, I can keep the flow going and keep up with the positions and the workout. It's made of solid material that's held up well to repeated use; is lightweight and easy to carry around with the rest of my equipment; and provides the extra cushion and support I need. I love this knee pad and wouldn't practice yoga without it. The three essential yoga supplies should be: Mat, Blocks, KneeQi.

I am incredibly impressed with the KneeQi -- not only how comfortable it is, but how easy it is to maneuver around during transitions or while doing yoga poses that don't require kneeling. The KneeQi is definitely THE solution for anyone who has knee issues- highly recommend product!Also, I love that I can just roll it into my mat when I am done and it is there when I unroll my mat. It does not add any weight to my mat and my mat still rolls into it's carrier perfectly!
