I've used similar product without light feature and only two horn sound variations which lasted for a year. It was made by HornIt.This seems to same manufacture product although the name is different. I ride every day and horn in big city comes handy although people never mind cars don't always pay attention to it. I tried different sounds and they are basically useless as are quieter and don't attract more attention. The loudest sound sort of like bird sound is advertised 120 dB but it was barely 90 dB in half enclosed space. Re-charging feature through USB is more handy. Ridden few times in rain and no issue. Noticed that during cold weather horn is not as loud probably due to battery performance.

Price is good for this kind of lumens vs Walmart light. I like it so much I bought two. Only time will tell if these last long or not. I'm only worry about the battery and circuitry with cheap light. Keep an eye on it while it charge.

Bright light that can be set to strobe. Horn would probably not be heard by any driver with the radio on but it is very loud for other riders or pedestrians. Battery life is pretty good. I use the strobe when I ride and it will last about 6 hours before needing another charge. Easy to mount.
