Make sure they send instructions!!!
I'd give it a better rating but I was sent the "hormone free" bottle, which is NOT what was described and NOT what the picture shows. It also did not come with instructions which I feel is very unsafe. I felt a little duped. Luckily I have been on this diet once before and had kept the instructions so I decided to use the hormone free drops and have since lost 11 pounds in ~ 20 days so they do seem to work if you follow the diet exactly.
