My dominant foot is starting to pronate, meaning the ankle wants to lean inward causing the arch to fall; it hurts. This is likely related to gait alteration from plantar fasciitis in this foot, as well as weight gain. Fixing this is a work in progress: shoes, shoe inserts, heel support & cushioning. These little beauties are providing some additional support to my inner foot, from heel to arch. It feels divine. They don't poke, pinch or irritate my arch. It's really helping to reduce my ankle ankle pain when I'm standing or walking a lot. It's not a cure, but it's helping.

They’re more like a reminder, they don’t actually reposition my foot. They do help a little tho. But the adhesive is not good, so they can move in your shoe and also get gross stuff stuck to them fast. I wouldn’t but again but I’m still using them.

Does help. Do not wear full time upon receiving. Gradually wear until you can wear them full time without hurting any part of the heal, ank!e, chin, back of leg or feeling them in your shoes. If one leg is leg is longer than the other, only wear in the shoe with the shorter leg for balance.

I tried these in 2 different shoes and neither one worked. The adhesive isn't strong enough to keep it in place as I put my foot in the shoe. Once it is pulled up it gets less and less sticky.They did help my rolling out by lifting the outside of my foot up but it only lasted a few wearing. This is a fail for me unless they fix the adhesive.

These heel lifts really help my fallen arches.
