I filled the little file all the wat to the top. But I got back a report saying insufficient sample. No recourse other to buy another one.

Everything is so easy to do yourself. Some of the directions were unclear. You are supposed to add the time, but that wasn't clearly instructed on the sheet.

Purchased and sent in received an invalid result. You’re better off going with a cheaper company and arranging your own transport.

I have a well and have radon in my water so I had a Radon carbon system installed. It costs about $500 to replace the carbon. I use these kits to help me understand when I actually need to get the carbon changed. It's a big savings and as importantly, is a good safety measure. I can usually wait about twice as long to change the carbon which they tell me is about once a year.

Don’t waste your money they don’t send you the results unless you fill out additional papers and pay more money
