This knife is extremely sharp and easy to conceal. It is also very sharp and will stay sharp many time longer than ANY metallic knife.For those of you under the false impression that ceramic knives do not have a metallic signature, be advised: ALL ceramic knives have trace amounts of metal added SPECIFICALLY added to give the knife a metallic signature.My other observation is that all ceramic knives are brittle. You cannot use it to pry or cut meat with bones in it.
