The most comfortable weights available, if you are placing them in weight pockets hanging from a belt or placing them in your quick release weight integrated BCD you won't find a more comfortable weight type on the market. Soft outer material allows the thousands of lead shot balls to conform to you equipment or more important body shape. Love the material these pouches are made from. More packable/crushable than other pouches I have.
These pouches are a lot more flexible and packable than those with the more plastic-like woven pouches. Yet are very durable. Have use these in both BCD integrated pouches, and white belt trim style poachers Have use these in both BCD integrated pouches, and white belt trim style poachers. Checked the weight, and they weighed out perfectly. Price is in line with other weight patches that I found.

One of the best I have found
As a instructor these weights are the best to use. The are way more durable than the thin mesh weights that are more popular that get holes then lose the lead shot. The bright colors are nice in case a pouch falls out or is dumped too unlike hard weights. I do like the retailer to as they get your products quickly. The Arrow brand is very similar but these pouches have the tag to indicate their weight to make it easier for students to grab the correct weight. Now if they just made bright 3# weights.

Very handy in the woodshop
I love to have these weights for quickly holding freshly flattened veneers and laminations until ready for use. I keep several of them in various weights. Also excellent keeping veneers and leather flat while laying out and cutting.

Non-traditional use, in addition to diving
This ended up being exactly what I needed. I also scuba, but I got it as a weight to hold my tall, light plastic kitchen waste basket in place and from falling over, just throw it in the bottom under the liner and it works like a charm to keep that stable.

heavy bag...
nice bag. i use them to keep me on bottom of pool to clean it.fit in belt nicely.unfortunately lead is expensive these days.

Posture for the win. :)
Exactly what I was wanting. I am not using this for its intended purpose but instead to work on posture, grip strength etc. Excellent tool for that.
