On the front of the package it shows 1999 as the production year and on the back of the package, it shows 2000 Mattel. Included in the package are 2 sets of clothes for Tommy; a pair of blue shorts w/white string tie at the front waist, a summery theme print short sleeve shirt w/blue background & yellow pineapples & flowers with green leaves & red & white fruit & red cherries design, and there's a pair of yellow shoes with this set. The other set has green, blue, white & red checkered pattern & the top is short sleeves with V neck; the top is green and on the front center chest area to the waist, there's the matching checkered pattern from the shorts. Also included are green shoes to go with this set. There are the 2 complete sets in this package. Clothes fit most Tommy & 4" dolls.
