Pockets are perfect, and the zipper let's you cover your face up to your glasses if you desire.These are perfect to keep with you on Summer trips to the beach, camping, etc. They are not mosquito-proof, but you don't need sunscreen.The size is okay, US sizes needed by I'm a Large and it fit fine, very stretchy and comfortable. You won't be disappointed! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job, but the zipper is wonky *by E***S on March 16, 2024* I’m one of those lucky folks who gets skin damage from bright light. Obviously the sun is the biggest threat to me, but any bright light is bad. I also live in Texas, so we get lots of sun. Just a few minutes of sun exposure causes my skin to turn into wet tissue paper that can be torn with the lightest touch.Now that the days are getting longer, I’ve been getting too much exposure on my arms while driving my car. During the winter I usually cover up with a sweatshirt, but it’s starting to get too hot for that. I decided to check to see if I could find something lighter to wear and found this.I really like the feel of the fabric. It’s not especially light, but it stays cool and is very comfortable. I especially like the cuffs with the thumb slot. When I put my thumbs through these, the cuffs extend below the first knuckles of my hand which is where I have the most problems with my condition. I usually wear gloves outside, but there are some things that you can’t do while wearing gloves. This jacket keeps those most vulnerable areas covered up.The hood is kind of weird in that it zips all the way to the top to be able to be completely closed, which is kind of funny. I can’t see any situation where I would want to completely cover my entire head and face, but it’s ready to go if I ever feel like it.My only complaint, and what makes me take off a star from an otherwise perfect review, is that the zipper is extremely flimsy. Sometimes it doesn’t catch well and gets misaligned so that it doesn’t zip properly. You have to really make sure that it’s all perfect before you try to zip it. I don’t think I’ll zip it up very often, though.I’m 5’9” and around 230lbs and I ordered a 3XL.
