I just want to say that I LOVE this peeler. I'm more a vegetarian than anything and am always searching for ways to make my food look awesome so when I saw this peeler, I just had to have it. It juliennes into beautiful spaghetti style noodles or ribbons. Perfect for anyone that likes to make food that is not only delicious but beautiful too. It has 2 different blades so you can shape the vegetable or fruit however you like. Easy to wash up and the color of it makes it easy for me to find in the drawer.

First, if you are LEFT HANDED - this will not work for you. If you are right handed, the peeler works somewhat - it doesn't catch much of the time. The Julienne side doesn't work - well, it doesn't work on carrots - I didn't try other veges because I wanted it for carrots - it took way too long to get some very thin strands of carrot and most of the time it didn't catch when trying to use it on a carrot and it just made a big mess. I am left handed. I also tried it right handed. I had my husband who is right handed try it. He didn't have an easy time with it either. I would not buy this again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.UPDATE: This works ok for soft veges like zuchinni on the julienne side, but you do have to use your right hand. I adjusted to 3 stars because it does work ok on soft veges.

I like the fact that this has two edges. has a niceness size handle.
