Good quality, would buy again.
From the description, I thought this was just a cotton sheet / throw, but it is an actual queen size duvet cover complete with zip fastening. The quality of the cotton is good, although the color is decidedly more green than teal as the picture suggests. The reason I only gave it four starts is because the pillow cases are very small; they work well as throw pillows, but do not fit regular size pillows.
