Very good tool box
I have a few plastic tool boxes because I carry them around a lot. I have a couple of Craftsman and a Home Depot plastic box and this one is now my favorite. The compartments in the top seem stable and don't come open to easy so you can actually use them for something. And of course it's made of plastic so it won't be as tough as the metal ones but it weighs less and seems sturdy enough.... I was pleasantly surprised how much I like it.

Both clasps are giving out
Except for the clasps, this box feels sturdy and holds up. It can carry enough for around-the-house repairs: small socket set, drivers, pliers, etc. The clasps, unfortunately, each broke at the small plastic eye that helps hold the clasps to the box body. The clasps stay closed, but opening them means fumbling to keep from breaking them more. I bought the box for $10. at Amazon Warehouse; one clasp was already loose but usable. The other is doing the same. If not for the weak clasp design, I'd definitely rate this box higher.

Small, sturdy tool box a few extras.
This small and sturdy toolbox is just what I was looking for to accompany my already existing tools. I do a bit of electronics and computers repair and all I wanted was a small toolbox to hold extra tools that had no place in my existing tool kits. Its small but very roomy inside. The removeable tray inside is a nice touch for small and frequently used tools and has adjustable dividers. The removealbe clear plastic storage compartments on the top are great for small items such as screws. I only wish these clear storage bins have a few more compartments for dividing for large collection of screws. Each storage bin has only three compartments each. Not a big deal. All around I am very happy with this purchase. Item arrived quickly.

It's okay...
It's the size I expected it to be. A major issue I had with it is how small the piece is to put a lock on it...I got a generic lock, that is pretty skinny, and if someone wanted to they could probably break off the plastic piece and open the box...

Really nice tool box!
I looked everywhere for the perfect tool box for my everyday household projects. I didn't need anything that was made for contractors or anything, just a nice quality plastic toolbox that would fit everything I needed without being huge. This thing fit the bill perfectly. It's got a shallow insert in the top with removable dividers to make different sizes of compartments, leaving quite a bit of room in the main lower storage area. I can fit a small cordless drill plus hammers, etc into the lower area. The two clear plastic storage containers on the lid can be removed entirely or the lids hinge up while still attached to the toolbox. These are divided into various sized compartments which are perfect for holding nails, screws, picture hanging supplies, etc. The handle is comfortable and the clasps are easy to work and secure. There's also a spot to put a lock if you need one. I highly recommend this tool box!

Exactly what I needed
I bought this to store bicycle tools and maintenance supplies (chain wax, degreaser, etc.), and it is perfect. There isn't much to say about a toolbox, like most it has a tray on top that comes out and a large space underneath for bigger bottles of chain, degreaser, and spare tires and tubes. On the very top it features two removable trays which work nice to keep odds and ends (spare allen bolts, nuts, washers, allen wrenches, etc.)--I probably won't remove them, but if a friend ever needs some allen bolts for his bike it'll be nice to be able to just give him one of those cases and it'll have everything he'll need.As for construction, I do wish the clasps were metal instead of plastic, but it doesn't make me think the thing will fall apart. The whole toolbox feels very sturdy and heavy duty. Definitely worth the $25 or so.

Disappointing quality, poor design
So-so quality and some bad design choices keep this box from earning a recommendation.Pros:Nicely sized for a dedicated job box, like basic electrical work or light plumbing.Very nice, solid carry handle.Has a full sized inner tray, which is something that's getting hard to find. The tray also has adjustable dividers, which is a nice touch.Cons:The quality of the main box is okay, with decent molding but quite a lot of plastic flash remaining. The parts bins are both cheaply made and badly designed. One of them came cracked out of the shipping box. The individual compartments in the bins are all quite small. You're pretty much limited to small screws, nuts, and bolts with these, which is okay, but I prefer larger ones that allow storage of things like hose fittings, solder braid rolls, etc. Items like these, while not large, are slightly too big for the bins. Also, the lids on the bins don't clear the body of the box when you open them, so instead of staying upright they fall back to the closed position, which means you need one hand to hold the bin lid open and the other to retrieve your part. To avoid this you must pull the bin out about a quarter of an inch from the locked position so the lid will clear the body and open all the way back. The overall dimensions of the tool box reported on the Amazon product page are not accurate, so if you are planning to rack it in a tight space for storage (as I was) don't count on the reported measurements to figure out whether or not it will fit. The actual dimensions are 19.25L x 9.75W x 9.875H.Bottom line:Overpriced at $20. This box would be more appropriate at $15 including shipping, especially with the cheap top-lid parts bins.

Quite Decent
Latches and hinge feel kind of flimsy, but they have yet to fail in a couple of months' worth of use. main compartment is nice and roomy, with removable partitions so you can customize the space. Upper tray—well, it's a tray, what more needs to be said? Two slide-out cases are quite handy, and the handle seems sturdy and the outer case is made of solid plastic. I wouldn't stuff it full of solid metal wrenches or anything else exceptionally heavy, but for a mixed-use hobby box it's quite successful.
