Not perfect but comfortable and solid enough for the job.

Because of carpel tunnel in both hands, it is somewhat painful trying to turn the wheel on my lawn tractor. I had ordered another brand but it was too large to clamp in my little tractor steering wheel, the diameter of which is slightly less than one inch (0.96"). This one clamps tightly and does not slip. I can now maneuver the mower like a "race car" making sharp turns quickly and with ease. I would highly recommend one of these for your lawn tractor. One other thing; when I checked the tire pressures I was surprised how low they were (less than 10 psi). My tractor tires should be 20 psi front and 15 psi rear. This helps make the steering easier. I must admit that the steering wheel knob made the biggest difference in steering ease. Like I said, almost like adding power steering!

Seems to be of very good quality, I was pleasantly surprised. The mounting system and included hardware worked perfectly for my steering wheel.
