I was first introduced to this when I went to my local petstore to buy food. I do have a dog that was not with me at the time. I seen on the counter the cashier had these to give out to the doggies that come in the store with the owners. I asked to take one home for my dog to try. Shes 65 lbs. and PICKY.She DEVOURED this! So I researched prices and Amazon had a great price and I am a Prime member, so now I subcribed. She gets 1-2 a day and I feel good about giving it to her since its filled with great ingredients, all pronouncable and good for her. Better yet is is BLUE! DONT pass these up! My Fiona is a new customer but mommy pays for it.

I have heard of True Chews before as we have gotten donations of them at the animal rescue. But I have never personally tried them for my dog. I finally picked up the Chicken and Apple Sausage recipe. Soon as I ripped open the package my 14yr old girl comes wobbling into the kitchen and started salivating LOL. They are definitely great as a reward on our walks. I break them into smaller pieces for the reward. My dog in her old age is a slow walker. Now that I give her just a small piece during our walk, she walks faster for more LOL.. I love the many different flavors to choose from and also no weird smell when you open the package. Smells like fresh ingredients! But the best thing I really love about these is that they are soft and chewy for older dogs that might not have a whole set of teeth so they can still enjoy the good things in life!

These are soft and chewy and smell like real food and my dogs love them. My senior dogs have very few teeth left and they can eat these. We tried the other flavors from True Chew but this is their absolute favorite. And on Amazon they’re affordable - I have compared to the price of every other store - online and local. I used to get them at a big box store and I panicked when they stopped carrying them. Great value!

My dog loves these! The smell is not so pleasant, but I am happy as long as my dog is happy.I removed a star because I believe they are a bit overpriced for such a small quantity.They are the same price as an entire bag of expensive dog food.

My dogs LOVE these the most of all treats. They are high quality and look, smell and feel tasty. There are pieces of peas and carrots like a real pot pie. They are fresh too! My grumpy dog holds me hostage for them sometimes. These are really great to break into pieces and hide around my dog bed by the front door when I leave for work. It’s a nice way to make a run for it and leave feeling that my dog is happy as well.

Oh yeah, shake the bag and they come running - my chihuahua girls love their chicken pot pie, but I break them up in small pieces - but they sure down gobble them down like candy.

It is hard to find dog treats with natural ingredients, and ones you can recognize when you read the ingredients list. We have had two rescue dogs in the past who were allergic to meat byproducts and other ingredients commonly added to dog food and treats to preserve shelf life and add flavor, but that they couldn't eat due to allergies. Since then, we have made a point to give our rescue dogs dog food and treats that don't contain animal by-products, artificial flavorings, etc. So, when I heard about True Chews and their 100% all natural dog treats line, I could't wait to pick up a bag to share with our dog, Milly. We went with the Chicken Pot Pie recipe, and as soon as she caught sight of the treat bag, her tail started to wag.Milly went to town on her chicken treat when we gave it to her, and she sat there hoping for another. I couldn't get over how big the chicken patty treats were, and how they smelled great. I had to tell my youngest daughter they weren't for humans, as she said they looked like nuggets, and smelled so good. :-) I am so happy we have a new dog treat line to add to our list, which is small, as not family dog treats all all natural, and that taste great for our pup.
