Very sturdy for holding my wigs but I didn't give them a full 5-stars because they are a little off-balance when they're standing on a tabletop. Not anything to make a big deal about, just 3 of the 4 legs touch the table base and the 4th leg is about 1/2 inch off the ground. And it was like that for all of them that I ordered, not just the one. Again, no biggie, it did the job just fine for such lightweight construction (I had 3 different wigs of different weights/lengths -- no problems holding any of them). I have two of them of the same shape and this holds them very well near the front door so that I can grab one on the way out for sun protection. The instructions are only in drawings that are on the packaging for the product. There are no instructions per se and nothing in English. However, I found the product quite easy and quick to assemble. It pays to take your time to get it put together correctly so that it's nice and stable. It's never going to be the type of stand that you can put a wig on and brush out or style the wig. Not unless you glue it to something.
