My daughter n law loves this pillow. She uses it for nursing and propping the babies up after feedings.

Eh compared to twins breast friend pillow
Nice pillow, and I liked that would have use even after nursing. But the main use was for tandem nursing and when I hooked it up on myself, I would not feel safe or secure having 2 babies nursing. First, There is no head support. Nothing to keep position. Second, nothing to keep babies from rolling off sides. So I would have to hold them the entire time and all the while worry about maintaining the latch for each baby. I compare this to the twins breast friend pillow. I'm returning this pillow. Gave 3 stars since it is super cute and has use as kids grow. Unlike the breast friend pillow.
