It has dual time that helps me track home and location where I travel. Alarms are audible enough to wake me up in the morning unlike weak alarms of G-Shocks. I have G-Shock WB-5600 but digits are a small for my eyes. Alarm sound is weak as I said. It’s a bit chunky but the light brown color helps to gel it with my brown skin. It’s a tad bit heavier than other typical Casios but it does not feel heavy or bothersome. It’s water proof so no risk of getting damaged if I wear it while taking a shower. Having the month, date and day of the week is so helpful. I don’t use stop watch or other features as much. Only while doing my morning exercises for 15-20 minutes There is a 10 seconds counter on the right hand side that helps to set the time exactly on the dot. All in all a great watch to own. While large, it wears like a Casio ProTek. The numbers are larger and that is a good thing. Original G-Shock digits tend to be small for those that wear reading glasses. This watch is terrific. **Q: What size is the dial?** A: The dial/digital display is 30mm across (34mm if you include the black ring with writing on it). The Hour Digits are 9mm tall. The Seconds Digits are 5mm tall. The Day/Date Digits are 3mm tall. **Q: How do you change the year? Haven't seen any info on owners manual, only the day number & month. Others have the same issue?** A: Keep pressing the left bottom button when changing the time and date then the year comes up to change the same way **Q: Can you see the time in bright sunlight? And what's the color of the watch?** A: At the right angle I have no problem reading the display in sunlight. It's part of the "tactical" look of the watch not to have very bright display. This one is dark gray resin. They make an all black watch and a tan watch, which I own also, with more visible positive displays.
