Ideal for baking, grilling, air frying, and steaming, it ensures easy food release and hassle-free cleanup while supporting eco-conscious cooking. ## Description BUDGET-FRIENDLY: The whole parchment is 15 in x 200 ft means the total area is 250 sq.ft, much larger than the 205 sq.ft of others. Our paper is made of extra thick 45gsm parchment, stronger than the commonly used 35gsm or 40gsm paper, which is really a good value for you. STURDIER, NON-STICK AND WATER-PROOF: Its thickness makes it less fragile and more durable, and will not crack or crumble. It is also waterproof and oil-resistant, the non-stick surface slips the baked cookies off very easily, even with the wet dough or meat, keeping food from sticking to the baking pan, very easy to clean up. OVEN & MICROWAVE SAFE UP TO 450: This parchment paper is heat-resistant, and you can safely use it in the refrigerator or in the oven and microwave. Even at a high temperature of 450, it will not catch fire or curl. Perfect for baking, grilling, packing, serving and wrapping. Review: Unleash Your Inner Chef and leave the clean up to your Sous Chef! - One of the standout features of this parchment paper is its non-stick quality. It reliably prevents baked goods from sticking, ensuring an easy and clean release every time. I've used it for baking cookies, roasting vegetables, lining cake pans, and even for rolling out dough, and it has performed exceptionally well each time. The unbleached aspect of this parchment paper is a great feature, especially for those who prefer using eco-friendly and chemical-free products in their kitchen. It's reassuring to know that no bleach or other potentially harmful substances are coming into contact with my food. Despite being unbleached, the paper doesn't impart any taste or smell to the food, which is a common concern. The size of this roll is quite generous, and it's handy to have around. The 15 in width is perfect for standard baking sheets, and the 200 ft length means the roll lasts a good while before needing to be replaced. This parchment paper is also easy to cut, allowing you to customize the size to your specific needs. Durability is another strong point. Even under high temperatures, the paper doesn't burn or tear, maintaining its integrity throughout the cooking process. This is particularly useful when roasting or baking at high temperatures. In terms of storage, the box that it comes in is compact and sturdy. The built-in cutter also works well, providing a neat and clean cut each time, making the process of getting the right amount of paper hassle-free. It definitely earns a full 5-star rating. And they capitalize on that. Me thinks a quaint image of an old Chinese miller tending an ancient water wheel would not have the same traction on market shelves as the suggestion of bucolic beauty symbolized by a Dutch windmill. I think the product is just fine whatever the image they’ve stamped on the box. Besides, I probably could not afford parchment paper from the Netherlands. **Q: Can I use this in my pressure canner?** A: This particular brand of parchment paper stuck to most food, and tended to leak badly. Tried it in my air fryer but everything stuck. I don't know how you would use it in a pressure canner, but in general, I would say check out another, heavier weight, non-stick version! **Q: Can i use for candy apples?** A: Hi! I can’t see why these would not provide you with perfect use for making Candy Apples; however, I do not work for the company that makes it and sells it so contacting them or researching Google would give you a 100% accurate answer! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unleash Your Inner Chef and leave the clean up to your Sous Chef! *by J***E on 12 May 2023* One of the standout features of this parchment paper is its non-stick quality.
