Soothing for dry eye
I have used Systane eye drops for several years. My eye doctor recommended this brand and I am so glad that he did. The drops are very soothing for dry eye. I use the drops twice a day.

Depressing Chronic Dry Eye diagnosis? Try this approach
If you have chronic dry eye, this is a nice soothing drop and comes in convenient to take-along re-closable dispeners. However, I cleared up my dry eye using the method suggested by Dr. Mario Gutierrez, OD, FAAO, in this article I found online in Optometry News: [...]. Are you seeing those collarettes? Demodex! I NO LONGER HAVE DRY EYE using this method and DO NOT NEED these drops any longer. My opthemologist said he had never seen any dry eye patient with such great results. The first doctor told me I had a life-long condition I would have to live with. I was using lubricating drops 6-8X over 24 hours, waking up to put them in. I stock these drop just in case or to sooth tired eyes. As a preventative, I use mild eye cleansing pads augmented with a few drops of the 20% tea tree oil suggested in the article. The 20% oil on its own burns on it's own, although I used it that way for several months to kill those nasty demodex.

Excellent for providing relief
These were recommended after getting LASIK. They're amazing and I still use them for occasional dry eye.

No More Irritation
Used to use product with preservatives. Irritated my eyes. Switched to this and experienced vast improvement.

Good product, but small drops and a bit hard to squeeze
Used this because they are preservative free. The things I didn’t like were the drops that came out were small, and the vial was a bit hard to squeeze.

My favorite but they are very expensive. I use them when I go out and another brand around the house. I would use these all the time if they weren't so expensive.

Drops keep our eyes lubricated better than Boston Refresh plus
Both my wife and I use these drops. I wear semi-permeable contact lenses and find these keep my eyes better lubricated than the other drops I've tried. Only one drop is needed in each eye - if I use two my eyelids will feel a bit gummy. My wife doesn't wear contacts but also finds these drops work better than other brands.
