It is a white powder. Looks like sugar. Dissolved in 8 ounces of water - almost completely. Totally tasteless. Like drinking water. Works after a solid week of using. Then it keeps you regular. Very. Great product. Was recommended highly by my Mayo Clinic primary care physician.
