Results quick and very Clear.
I was 4 days late and ordered these Care check HCG strips. They were super cheap in price and arrived the same day thanks to amazon same day delivery. I took 6 tests and all showed positive within 2 minutes. In the past, I've taken hcg tests after being a week late without a positive results. These tests are fast and very easy to read. The picture I took was 2 minutes after performing test.

I started taking one of these tests at 4 days ...
I started taking one of these tests at 4 days before my period. The first was immediately negative so I threw it away. The next day I took a first response which was immediately positive, so I decided to take one of these everyday to see when it would show up. It was immediately positive at 1 day before my missed period, but very very faint. I actually took another look at the ones that I took starting at 4 days before my missed period (that had been sitting in the trash can) and they were all positive! So my advice if you're going to try these is to let them sit for a while before you read them and toss them.

It’s a girl
They didn’t work for me but that might be because I am the daddy. But mommy was excited after the first one came back positive.Should have bought a 2 pack. Now I’m going to have to have 29 more babies to get my monies worth :)Actually, she used a bunch so she could keep seeing the positive result.

Just okay- UPDATE- AVOID
Update- these tests do not work at all, hence, my original 3 star review is now a 1 star. I am indeed pregnant (had ultrasound and even saw heartbeat) so 10 weeks at this point and expect a pregnancy test to be accurate. These are not accurate. In addition, I find what I can only assume the seller's practice of down rating negative or neutral reviews unethical (check out other negative or unfavorable reviews and the ratings). Sellers rate these reviews down so that they do not show up on the first page reviews. This makes potential buyers think products are more reliable when they're not. Seller: make a product that actually works and then you won't have to mess with the reviews on your product. These are just okay tests. I just recently found out that I am pregnant and purchased these to 'watch' the pregnancy (I have had four miscarriages). I purchased these tests the first week in October for around $5 which is a good price considering there are 30 tests. By the time I took these tests, I had gotten multiple positive tests from other brands (including First Response and AccuMed internet cheapies). Why these tests were just ok was that they were very, very faintly positive despite me being five or six days late for my period. The AccuMed and First Response tests had been clearly positive for days when these were questionably positive almost a full week after the other positive tests. I would have expected them to be very positive at this point. Also, they are very thin...like almost half the width of Wondof or AccuMed test strips (which are fairly small in comparison with say a first response test). The dye that ran across created a lot of streaks which combined with the faint positive and very small strip made them very difficult to determine the result (even after they had dried). I noticed the price of these tests have recently jumped in price to around $9. My advice would be to go with a different brand. I have found Wondof tests to be the best for initial, compulsive testing. AccuMed is pretty good too and actually showed this pregnancy a full day before the First Response test.

Not a total loss
Here is my experience. When you think your pregnant you want to know as soon as you can. Unlike 1st response that can tell you days before your missed period you need to actually have a late period for these to kinda work. So 2nd day of missed period and I saw a slight second line but on the package it states that the test line should be darker or as dark as the control line for it to be a good indication of pregnancy. 1st response a second line is a positive. So they are good to have if you test frequently just make sure you wait till after your missed period and if you think you see a line then go buy a more sensitive and reliable brand from the store. At least your not spending a lot on purchasing so many expensive ones from the store. So not a total loss.

It works!
I was nervous at first ... for a moment I tought they were just trash... is just a stripe ... i tried and tried... but I wasn't so pregnant enough to show. I did this pregnancy test with the one at the doctor at the same time to see if it was wOrth it. .... well surprised I was ..... both were positive ♡♡♡♡♡

Go for more sensitive brands
These are just ok. I started using these when I already knew I was pregnant - when you've been TTC for years it is hard to be completely rational about these things. Anyway, on the first day I used one of these strips I had a beta HCG blood test and my levels were 1833. On these strips, the test line was only about half as dark as the control line at that point. Clearly, these aren't very sensitive. If you are doing your first test to see if you are / aren't pregnant, just spring for a "First Response Early Result". Those tests are incredibly sensitive, and often on sale at target. If you are a compulsive POAS'er (I totally get it) try to find the WonderFlo strips, which work better.

Affordable way to test often!
I love these strips, it saves so much money when you're struggling to get pregnant and testing often. Luckily I only had to use one from my order because we're pregnant! And it showed a very light but visible positive line 5 days before my missed period. I have digital tests on hand for final confirmation, but these strips work just as well as the digital!
