This is pure junk. I guess that I should have expected that for a 20 dollar headset. My biggest complaint is the construction. It literally fell apart in my shirt pocket with the cover on one side coming off. This cover secured the volume control buttons, so even after snapping the cover into place, the volume control was gone. Two other complaints are the sound quality, which is below average, and the fit for me, although I realize that this can vary from person to person. It's just been my experience that most others better allow for adjustment. Very disappointed.

You know when you get a new device it usually has some power because the test it. I got mine a week ago and I haven't had to charge it yet. It works great. Sometimes I do have to disconnect and reconnect it again just so it's works right.

So far I am pleased with this earpiece. Volume is good. For the price it seems to be a good buy.

Still using this blue tooth very good light weight my only complaint the earbud I had to switch to a smaller one because the small one they supplied hurt my ear. But I forget it is in my ear half the time. Wish it did a little more but still a great buy.

Battery life is awesome. Volume and audio on media is great. Call audio was flat compared to my last piece.

Horrible Cheap Quality Plastic around the ear !!! Broke on day1. They never contacted me.
