Compared to another I ordered this came in a tube so it wasn’t all creased by folding. Shirts slide on and off and can’t wait to get working on my projects. I am so glad I found a 12x15 for my press. Thank you!!!

The heat press is good and works for my needs right now. However the manual is horrible with some misspelled words and not very clear instructions. And forget contacting the company via phone, it is only done through email. Yes they do get back to you 24 hours, but when you have a simple question because you can't find the answer in the manual it is very frustrating. As for the size, it works for me. And I did like that it came with other accessories. I have found a use for them as well. This press is a good press for beginners who don't want to spend a lot if money.
