Premium AITiN/Si3N4 Nano-composite coating protects the tool from tool steel and hardened materials, while a larger core design adds stability, rigidity and reduces run out. The high strength flutes were engineered for any difficult to machine material, including hardened tool steels, stainless steels, and high temp alloys.
