What I always needed.
What can be said? It's creatine. Well packaged, decent capsules. No taste, no smell, no mess, no fuss. If you lift, cycle, take part in sports or don't get much creatine from diet, it's an absolute must. Have experimented with advanced dosing, under recommendation and supervision. No issues. No side effects. Very mild and short lived stomach upset at first, but no big issue at all.Definitely don't get as much aches, pains and fatigue in the muscles after weights or cycling and reduces recovery time well.Cannot recommend this enough. Great price, delivery and good range from Nuke.

Creatine Creating better performance
I am definitely feeling an increase in power since taking these tablets though it takes a few weeks to notice. This is evidenced by my Garmin app stating that my running W/kg is on the increase.

Easy to swallow excellent value
Each capsule contains 750mg creatine therefore take 4 capsules if you want to take 3g So a packet of 120 will last 30 days. These are much better than tablets which will dissolve in your mouth and make you choke.
