Downton Abbey 1920's vintage style wedding cloche hat in a pale nude, ivory. The hat is made by hand using a vintage hat block for the shape. The base of the hat is made of buckram with a overlay of matte satin fabric. The hat is detailed with the crown being covered in a delicate floral designed lace encrusted with rice shaped pearls in a darker nude colorization. The wide brim is edged in a shimmering matching satin hand sewn binding with the lace floral design spilling onto it. The crown of the hat is highlighted with matching lace in a scalloped motif. A exquisitely made hat for a vintage inspired wedding, high tea or any event where elegance is the wardrobe of the day. I personally create each hat one at a time, they are not mass produced and no two are ever exactly the same.
